Bridge of Friendship at Moscow Conservatory

The Grand Hall of the Moscow Conservatory hosted a jubilee concert on the occasion of the 520th anniversary of the discovery of America on Friday.
The participants in the concert which was titled The Bridge of Friendship: Columbia-Russia, presented hot Latin American compositions and European masterpieces. Young musicians from Russia and Columbia impressed the audience by a brilliant performance of a large number of compositions written by Marquez, Alvarez, Hernandez, Georges Bizet, Russian composer and conductor Yevgeny Svetlanov and Russian contemporary musician Yefrem Podgaitz. The concert ended with Columbia Tierra Querida by Bermudez to the storms of applause and standing ovations from the audience. Voice of Russia, TASS, Source: Voice of Russia
