A new stealth frigate built for the Indian navy by Russia arrived in the port of Mumbai on Friday, a diplomat said. The ceremony for the arrival of INS Teg involved senior Indian navy officers as well as Russian officials and diplomats, said a spokesman for the Russian consulate in Mumbai.
